The reason there’s a need for this project is that there’s an immense demand for Affordable Housing, Structural Community Preservation, Technological Innovation, Eco-Friendly Environmental Practices and a Comprehensive need for Community Development.  This is a world wide universal agenda that will spread infectiously throughout the entire world. Many of these issues will not dissipate over night, however by making great strides and being committed to our fellow human being we will be on the correct path from self-destruction.
